We exist to support families between appointments, so they feel informed, prepared, and never alone in the process.

We take a care-navigation approach, focused on education, organization, and coordination — not diagnosis or treatment. Our role is to help families make sense of what their medical teams have already provided and navigate the healthcare system with greater ease.

Through structured check-ins, personalized care planning tools, and clear escalation guidance, we help parents:

ClearPath Pediatrics is led by experienced pediatric registered nurses who have worked closely with medically complex children and their families. Our team brings deep knowledge of pediatric care environments, including hospital, specialty, and post-discharge settings.

We understand both the clinical complexity and the emotional weight families carry. That’s why our team focuses on listening first, supporting second, and always staying within a clearly defined educational and care-navigation role.
